Sonic Summary

A main contractor is seeking a permanent Foreman/woman for a large infrastructure project in Glasgow.
Candidates should have proven experience in groundworks and civil engineering projects, with a clean driving license and relevant certifications.
The role offers accommodation and living away allowances if needed, and requires strong communication and man management skills.
The company provides a salary well above market rate and emphasizes longevity and stable work opportunities.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience and hold a current CSCS Card and a 3-day first aid qualification.

I am currently recruiting for an extremely busy main contractor with a strong pipeline of prestigious projects all over the UK, delivering large scale industrial projects. They are seeking a permanent Foreman/woman to work on a large infrastructure project in Glasgow.

The successful candidate will have proven experience working within groundworks and civil engineering projects.

Accommodation and living away allowance will be provided if required.

In order to be successful:

Good communication, organisation and man management

Authoritative, decisive

Ability to motivate staff, with a can do attitude.

Clean driving licence

Hold a current and relevant CSCS Card

Hold a current 3 day first aid qualification

Hold a current SMSTS or SSSTS Certificate

I cannot stress how busy this company is, they can offer longevity and stable work. They are busy and pay well in excess of market rate for suitable candidates. Please note they offer PAYE salaries only.
