Working in our new Paisley location, we are looking for a highly agile individual who will support the senior leadership team with their travel, diary and admin needs whilst supporting the onsite head office team and remote head office workers.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive and safe work environment.
  • Provide PA support to senior leadership team, including diary management, booking travel, and arranging meetings.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance to enhance team performance.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Oversee clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Ensure emails, phone calls and messages on our emails are responded to promptly.
  • Oversee the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members including producing recommendations for streamlining or cost savings.
  • Support wider team communications, bulletins and corporate calendar events.
Experience & Skills required
  • Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
  • Experience in team management and supervising staff is advantageous.
  • Experience in dealing with leadership teams and need for confidentiality.
