This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of the department's administrative tasks, from day-to-day operations to financial and asset management. Administrative & Office Management? Handle a wide range of administrative tasks to support the department's operations.? Maintain office systems, update documentation, and ensure compliance with company standards.2. Invoice & Financial Administration? Oversee and process incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.? Track financial records and follow up on overdue invoices.3. Reporting & Compliance? Maintain and update various departmental reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.? Regularly review and update office paperwork and internal procedures to meet company regulations.4. Asset & Storage Management? Track and manage company assets, including inventory and equipment, ensuring they are maintained to high standards.? Oversee internal and third-party storage systems, ensuring compliance with guidelines.5. Contractor & Supplier Coordination? Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with service agreements.? Assist in onboarding and evaluating contractors to meet operational needs.6. Customer & Complaint Handling? Support complaint management, ensuring professional and timely resolution.? Work towards continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.7. Team & Administrative Support? Provide general administrative assistance to the department and senior management.? Coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and maintain organised filing systems.?
