Responsibilities in your new role as Customer Service Representative - Nights
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clientscustomers. Your key responsibilities will include handling incoming calls, directing customers to the correct department, and collecting necessary information to assist with customer queries. You'll ensure compliance is maintained and all documentation is securely stored according to GDPR regulations.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
To be considered as a Customer Service Agent, you will need to have good experience in an inbound, telephone query environment as this is essential for the role. Strong IT and PC skills are required, particularly in Microsoft packages. Accuracy is key when dealing with customer inquiries, requiring a patient and understanding approach. Teamwork is essential, so you must be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Good organisational skills and a focus on detail are necessary, along with excellent spoken and written English.
