Hours - Monday to Friday - 9.00-17.00 - Monday to FridayLength of assignment - on-going We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Secretary/Typist position based in Paisley. Our client, an independent legal firm, is seeking an administrator with strong typing skills to join their team. This is a temporary role that will be on-going up until Christmas, with a possibility of extension.As a Temporary Secretary/Typist, you will provide secretarial support to the three directors of our client's organisation. This includes tasks such as typing and answering incoming calls to the office. We are looking for candidates who are quick typists and thrive in fast-paced environments.Responsibilities:Providing audio typing support using BigHand software.Transcribing/typing reports and correspondence using accurate terminology and grammar.Prioritising and managing your own workload with minimal supervision.Answering incoming calls to the organisation.
