Our client is looking to hire an Dispatch Supervisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent contract.
The right candidate will play a key role in the processing of customer orders, working with both the operations team and the production team to ensure a seamless experience.
Shift:
- 8:00pm to 06:00am
- Night Shift
- Sunday to Thursday
Pay:
- 35,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
- Review and process customer orders using the ordering and fulfilment systems.
- Ensure all orders are accurate and ready for timely dispatch.
- Collaborate with the operations team to input and track orders.
- Interface with the production team to confirm product readiness.
- Work closely with drivers to ensure accurate and efficient deliveries.
- Develop proficiency in product recognition and ensure orders are correctly packed and prepared.
- Create a culture of accuracy and compliance across the despatch process.
- Maintain high safety standards within the workplace.
- Adhere to company policies and food manufacturing regulations at all times.
- Prioritise customer satisfaction by ensuring that order fulfilment meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence is required due to the location and working hours.
- Level 3 Qualification in Food Manufacturing or Food & Hygiene.
- Experience of operating an end-to-end production process for wholesale food.
- Experience receiving and processing customer orders.
