Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist - Learning Support Assistant - Pangbourne - September Start

As an Aspiring Speech & Language Therapist, you will work closely with a small groups of Pangbourne students, and on a 1:1 basis supporting them in overcoming communication barriers and helping them develop essential social, emotional, and communication skills. You'll also play a key role in helping students improve their physical and creative development. Collaborating with the class teacher, therapists, and other support staff, you'll help deliver individualised strategies to support the diverse needs of each student.

• Location: Pangbourne, Reading
• Salary: 80 - 90 per day
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30
• Start Date: September 2025

What We're Looking for:

• A passionate Pangbourne graduate with a strong desire to support children with special educational needs and communication difficulties.
• Previous experience working with children (preferred, but not essential).

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• A genuine interest in Speech and Language Therapy and a desire to pursue a career in this field.
