We are seeking an experienced HR generalist who excels in a business partner role. This position offers the opportunity to provide a business-focused HR service across multiple sites, based our of their site in Par and with travel to other sites required. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Ensure compliance with current UK employment legislation.
  • Integrate HR with local management teams to contribute to the company in a multicultural environment.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for designated Managers on a range of HR issues.
  • Support Managers with day-to-day HR issues such as absence management, disciplinaries & grievances, recruitment, succession planning, people development, and training needs.
  • Assist with compensation change requests, merit review processes, bonus plans, objective setting, and implementation.
  • Support the business and its employees during change programmes to maintain positive employee relations and successful implementation of change.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • CIPD qualification.
  • Experience in a similar role within a multi-site complex organisation.
  • Deep knowledge of HR functional areas, particularly change management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relations.
  • Autonomous, credible, and solutions-focused.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and operate within an ever-changing organisation.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and mobility for business trips in the UK.
