The job role 

Working within the Site & Procurement Team, you will provide efficient and effective administration support to Plant Management Team, administering procurement activities.

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Personnel and Payroll input
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Stock management and procurement of site consumables, including chemicals
  • Inventory admin
  • Ensuring that required training and medicals across the sire are recorded and organised
  • Month End and Reporting

You will:

Have a background of working within Admin or Payroll, with experience of working within a fast-paced environment.

The right candidate will:

  • Have GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • Be organised and able to multi-task
  • Have excellent communication skills and be a real people person
  • Be proficient in the use of IT, ideally having used SAP and Google Drive previously
  • Work collaboratively within a team
