Our client, a reputable supplier in Horsham, are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Processing customer orders efficiently, ensuring all company policies are met.
- Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Ensuring sales order acknowledgements are sent promptly after order entry.
- Maintaining and updating customer records on CRM systems.
- Handling customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary.
What They're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role with strong administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
