Job Title: Paraplanner

Overview:
A prestigious Wealth Management Practice based in Wolverhampton is seeking a Paraplanner. The successful candidate will work closely with the Paraplanning Lead, assisting in the research, preparation, and drafting of compliant client reports. This role offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including hybrid working.

What will you do?

Support Advisors by researching financial products and preparing suitability reports.
Produce accurate IHT (Inheritance Tax) calculations and cash flow models.
Ensure all reports and recommendations meet compliance standards.
Manage and update client files and systems, ensuring timely business processing.
Keep Advisors and the Paraplanning Lead informed throughout the process.
Stay up to date with regulatory changes and contribute to team meetings.

What do you need?

Diploma-qualified (DipPFS) or working towards it. (junior candidates accepted)
Previous experience in a Wealth Management or IFA environment.
Strong knowledge of financial products, regulations, and compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with IT systems, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
