Responsibilities
- Manage Inspection portfolio / Inspection Database Management System
- Defines Written Schemes of Examinations
- Analyses and reports on Inspection & NDT results
- Carries out Risk Based Inspection assessments
- Provide technical support to Inspectors in preparation of inspection work scopes and review of Inspection findings
- Investigate and report on in-service equipment degradation and failures
- Plans and supports inspections for plant Turnarounds & Projects
- Carries out Fitness for Service assessments
- Defines and Monitors Integrity Operating Windows
Experience & Qualifications
- Candidates will hold a minimum Degree in a Mechanical discipline
- 5 + years experience within an Integrity Engineer position
- Experienced with Pressure Vessels, Pipework, Tanks, Relief Devices etc.
- Detailed knowledge of legislation, codes and standards related to mechanical equipment integrity
- Knowledge of materials and damage mechanisms
- Detailed knowledge of Inspection and NDT methods
- Detailed knowledge of Risk Based Inspection and Fitness for Service
