Our client is a global manufacturer of Petrochemicals, with a core product range in acetic acid and acetic anhydride. They are now looking to recruit an Integrity Engineer to define, evaluate and report on mechanical pressure equipment inspections to ensure compliance with statutory requirements for safe, reliable operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Inspection portfolio / Inspection Database Management System
  • Defines Written Schemes of Examinations
  • Analyses and reports on Inspection & NDT results
  • Carries out Risk Based Inspection assessments
  • Provide technical support to Inspectors in preparation of inspection work scopes and review of Inspection findings
  • Investigate and report on in-service equipment degradation and failures
  • Plans and supports inspections for plant Turnarounds & Projects
  • Carries out Fitness for Service assessments
  • Defines and Monitors Integrity Operating Windows

Experience & Qualifications
  • Candidates will hold a minimum Degree in a Mechanical discipline
  • 5 + years experience within an Integrity Engineer position
  • Experienced with Pressure Vessels, Pipework, Tanks, Relief Devices etc.
  • Detailed knowledge of legislation, codes and standards related to mechanical equipment integrity
  • Knowledge of materials and damage mechanisms
  • Detailed knowledge of Inspection and NDT methods
  • Detailed knowledge of Risk Based Inspection and Fitness for Service
