Our client is a global manufacturer of Petrochemicals, with a core product range in acetic acid and acetic anhydride. They are now looking to recruit a Plant Inspector to prepare, execute and report on mechanical pressure equipment inspections to ensure compliance with Statutory requirements for Safe, Reliable Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Inspection portfolio for a specific plant area
  • Write Inspection & Test Plans
  • Prepare and Complete Inspections according to schedule
  • Analyse NDT results
  • Update Risk Based Inspection assessments
  • Complete Inspection reporting & scheduling
  • Plans and executes inspections for plant Turnarounds
  • Update the Inspection Data Management System

Experience & Qualifications
  • Candidates will hold a minimum HNC in mechanical discipline
  • Cat 2 Plant Inspector (Pressure Vessels, Pipework, Tanks, Relief Devices)
  • In depth knowledge of legislation, codes and standards related to mechanical equipment integrity
  • In depth knowledge of Risk Based Inspection
