CMA is currently recruiting for an experience Purchase Ledger Assistant to commence work as soon as possible, for a reputable company based near Arundel.
This opportunity has arisen due to sickness and is offered on an ongoing, temporary basis.
What will the Purchase Ledger role involve?
- Validate and process supplier invoices for payment.
- Review Purchase Orders.
- Reconcile supplier statements to purchase ledger.
- Resolving invoice and payment queries.
- Setting up new supplier accounts.
Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger vacancy:
- Strong experience in a previous role as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
- Good communication skills and ability to build working relationships internally and externally.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience of Sage or similar.
