A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Administrator to join a highly respected private clinic in Surrey. We are looking for a dynamic and approachable individual to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Duties: Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, taking messages as necessary.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Book, cancel, and confirm appointments with a focus on attention to detail and excellent customer service.
  • Payments & Administration: Handle payments (card and cash), update patient records, and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Office Management: Maintain the reception area and manage office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
