Excelsisare looking for a creative talentedChef De Partie with genuine passion and flair to create exceptional food experiences forguests, reflecting the outstanding beauty and produce of Gower and Wales.

Our Client has aBeach House Restaurant situated on the golden sandy beach of Oxwich Bay on the famous and stunning Gower Peninsula.They are established as one of the leading restaurants in Wales, having been awarded a prestigious Michelin Star for 3 years and holds 3 AA rosettes.

What we offer:

  • Package up to 42,000 including Gratuities.
  • Gratuities are shared evenly through a Tronc system and currently amounts to 10k to 12k per annum per employee.
  • 4 day working week.
  • Extra days worked paid.
  • Christmas day closed, January closure and 1 week closure in the summer.

A successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Sound experience at 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star environment as a Demi/Chef de Partie.
