As a stock condition surveyor, you will use a tablet to record the condition of key components within social housing properties.
About the Role:
- All surveys are carried out on asset management software, Tablet,Training and induction provided.
- Scheduled work contract booked appointments.
- Outside IR35 role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Immediate start.
- HHSRS Surveys
- Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
- Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms etc
