As a stock condition surveyor, you will use a tablet to record the condition of key components within social housing properties.

About the Role:

All surveys are carried out on asset management software, Tablet,Training and induction provided.

Scheduled work contract booked appointments.
Outside IR35 role

Your responsibilities will include:

HHSRS Surveys

Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms etc
