School Administrator Wanted!

Are you a detail-oriented and organised professional looking for a rewarding role in education? Look no further! Our client, a prominent educational institution, is seeking a School Administrator to join their dedicated team. As an Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of meetings held on site.

  • Part time and flexible working - Tuesday through to Thursday, 2 or 3 days. We are happy to be flexible and discuss what works best for you.
  • This is a temporary role to cover a busy period, likely to be around 3 months but with the possibility of extension.
  • 12.82 per hour
  • Penarth, Cardiff

What You'll Do:

  • Provide administrative support in meetings
  • Operate PowerPoint presentations
  • Take notation of discussions in meetings and type up notes afterwards
  • Send out meeting notes to attendees following the meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support administratively

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably with minute taking experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
