Job: Clinical Deputy Manager

Amber Mace are recruiting on behalf of a well established provider, who are looking for a passionate and committed Clinical Deputy Manager to join the team at a beautiful rural nursing home based in Penarth. If you are an experienced deputy manager or you may be looking to take the next step in your career, this could be the perfect role for you.
Reporting to the Home Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality service and developing our staff team. This will include assisting in the management, development and evaluation of all aspects of service provision in the home, within policy guidelines ensuring that all relevant legislation, organisational policies and procedures and codes of practice are adhered to.
This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who has supervisory experience and is ready to take the next step in their career to continue their professional development. You must have experience in dementia and mental health nursing care, ideally within a nursing home setting.
