Are you passionate about property, people, and creating exceptional home-buying experiences? We’re looking for a driven and personable New Home Sales Executive to join our team in East Lothian.

As part of a privately-owned housebuilder with a proud Scottish heritage and a reputation for quality, you’ll play a key role in guiding buyers through one of the most important journeys of their lives. From initial enquiry to move-in day, you’ll deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience—always with a personal touch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist potential buyers at the marketing suite and showhomes
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing tailored advice and support throughout the sales journey
  • Maximise sales opportunities while maintaining the highest level of customer service
  • Accurately maintain CRM systems and produce regular sales reports
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in new home sales
  • A natural communicator with a warm, confident, and approachable manner
  • Target-driven and commercially aware, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently on a busy sales site
  • Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays (with midweek days off)
