Our client is a fast growth tech company providing IT & Comms technology to small and medium businesses throughout the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of IT delivery engineers. If you are an enthusiastic, cloud focussed specialist with a passion for customer service this could be the role for you.
Main duties:
- Lead and inspire a team of IT professionals
- Develop & implement training programs
- Champion an customer- centric approach to service delivery
- Work closely with the IT Project Managers
- Create documentation and knowledge base articles
Experience required:
- An ICT background within an MSP
- Technical expertise in IT infrastructure and systems administration with proficiency in networking, security and cloud technologies
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure and Backup solutions
- Full driving license
Thjis is an excellent opportunity to join an extremely fast growth technology company with a nationwide presence. This role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and does not offer hybrid or remote working.
