One of our market leading clients in the Pencoed area, is looking to recruit a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to joint their senior management team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our products, ensuring they meet market needs and align with our strategic objectives. The role would be to support the management of the product portfolio, to achieve sales and profit growth within the market.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to define product vision and roadmap.
  • Conduct market research and analyse customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Utilise project management software to track progress, manage timelines, and communicate updates effectively.
  • Develop clear product specifications and documentation to guide the development process.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends in the market and competition
  • Advise on pricing strategy
  • Provide leadership, mentorship and training to team members, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

The main requirements would be proven experience in product management ideally within the industry; strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data; excellent leadership capabilities; strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly; a proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.
