Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Driver to join our passionate and driven team based at our client’s site in Pencoed, Bridgend.

Your primary responsibility within this role is to safely transport employees to and from designated work sites. You will operate a company-provided vehicle, ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe Transportation: Safely drive employees to and from designated work sites following prescribed routes and schedules.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition. Report any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Adherence to Traffic Laws: Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while operating the company vehicle. Maintain a clean driving record.
  • Punctuality: Adhere to established pick-up and drop-off schedules to ensure employees reach their destinations on time.
  • Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional service to all passengers. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, as needed.

About You:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Checkable work reference record
