As the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for leading the planning, scheduling, and distribution lifecycle at the site, manage the end-to-end supply chain process, working closely with alldepartments and being an integral link to the business. The key responsibilities will be to lead and develop the supply chain; oversee planning, scheduling, and distribution; manage the full end-to-end supply chain process, including KPI tracking and reporting; collaborate with all department; lead and develop theteams.

Ideally with etensive experience in supply chain management, specifically withiin manufactuing; strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and KPI metrics; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams; experience inlogistics and supply chain management will be crucial in driving operational excellence; to develop and maintain effective supply chain strategies to improve overall efficiency; analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the supply chain; collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods; implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Kaizen to enhance operational performance;excelletn use of ERP systemsfor data analysis and reporting; monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes to minimise shortages or excess; prepare reports on supply chain performance metrics and present findings to management; ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the supply chain process.
