In the Draughtsperson / Draughtsman / Technical Officer role, you will be:

  • Creating detailed technical drawings, specifications and plans for specific projects using CAD software, ensuring all drawings comply with relevant codes, regulations, and best practices
  • Working with project managers and other stakeholders to develop design solutions
  • Assisting in preparing and reviewing project documentation, including specifications and cost estimates.
  • Supporting the project team in resolving design-related issues during the construction phase
  • Maintaining and organising project files, drawings, and records

To be considered for the Draughtsperson / Draughtsman / Technical Officer job, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, and a minimum of 6 months experience working in a busy office environment
  • Proficiency in CAD software or other design related software
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work
  • Effective communication, collaboration and negotiating skills
  • Previous experience providing information and guidance in a similar service based role
  • Experience dealing with general public with ability to respond sensitively to clients

What’s on offer:
