Production Operator

Reed Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join a leading manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in manufacturing high-quality diagnostic products while ensuring compliance with GMP standards.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of manufacturing processes.
  • Operate and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Update procedures and documents to reflect current practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to less experienced staff members.
  • Perform a variety of tasks across different departments, including formulation, processing, monoclonal management, fill/label/pack operations, buffer and reagent preparation, and production services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Standard Grade or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Proficiency in basic IT and strong numeracy skills.
  • Previous experience in a GMP environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a clean room setting.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Flexibility to work in different departments as needed.
  • Manual handling capability (e.g., lifting 10L/KG).
  • Strict adherence to PPE and safety regulations.
