Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 8:30am-2:30pm

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our clients team and provide essential support to their Director of Employment Affairs and Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process ECS Card applications within specified time frames.
  • Assist with the administration of SJIB Apprentice and Adult Trainee Registration.
  • Support the organization and administration of Apprentice of the Year events.
  • Assist with the administration of FESS Assessments.
  • Provide administrative support to the E & S Operations Manager.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the services offered by the Employment Affairs Function.
  • Provide advice to Members, Apprentices, Operatives, and other interested parties.
  • Support the organization's strategy of Excellence and Skills and customer service standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency
  • Previous administrative experience is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
