We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at a bespoke housing company in Gower, South Wales. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of high-end, custom-built residential projects. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial design through to completion, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of each home to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating all phases of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and resourcing
- Leading a team of subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicating with clients, architects, and suppliers to meet project specifications
- Troubleshooting and resolving any on-site issues or delays
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the residential construction industry, preferably with bespoke housing projects
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- A background in construction or civil engineering (degree or relevant qualifications preferred)
- Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and project management software
- Full driving license
