Apex is working alongside Heler Foods Packing, based in Minffordd, Wales. Heler Foods Packing are looking for a dedicated and detail-orientedSupply Chain Plannerto join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic company, working at the core of our operations to ensure seamless production planning, efficient stock management, and timely deliveries.

As a Supply Chain Planner, youll play a vital role in coordinating production and logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Collaborating with a supportive and skilled team, youll have the chance to develop your expertise and make a meaningful contribution to our growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Accurately manage and process orders onto planning sheets.
- Ingredient Planning: Forecast and schedule ingredient requirements for production to ensure timely deliveries.
- Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels, analyse tonnage requirements, and implement strategies to minimise waste.
- Production Support: Assist in creating production schedules and allocating resources efficiently.
- Communication: Liaise effectively with suppliers, customers, and our sister site in Nantwich, Cheshire, to maintain strong operational links.
- Documentation: Prepare export documentation and provide accurate supplier forecasts.
What Were Looking For:
- Proficiency inExcel essential for managing data and planning effectively.
- Previous experience in a similarplanning role.
- Knowledge of the food or cheese industry an advantage, but not essential!
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and teamwork skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
