gap technical are proud to be representing this global manufacturing business in their search for a Maintenance Engineer to work at their facility based near Penrhyndeudraeth
Performance Objectives
- A permanent nights role, working Monday to Thursday (7 PM - 7 AM).
- Conducting routine maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and automated systems to prevent downtime.
- Fault-finding and problem-solving, particularly with systems involving PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Implementing improvements to enhance productivity and safety across production lines.
- ? Working collaboratively with a team to ensure effective handovers and continuity in a shift-based environment.We are looking for time served Engineers ideally trained from Apprenticeship with either a FMCG, Food or Dairy industry background.
Person Specification
- Electrical and mechanical installations will be required.
- Mechanically, you need to be competent.
- Mechanical Systems knowledge
- Fast Moving Flexible Packing Production Lines
