Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of financial statements for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Managing client relationships and providing expert accounting advice
- Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and providing mentoring where necessary
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Assisting with tax computations and VAT returns
- Supporting business development and identifying opportunities for growth
- Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- ACA/ACCA qualified or studying towards qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using accountancy software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar
