Semi Senior Job Vacancy

Are you looking to join a leading accountancy firm as a Semi Senior Accountant? Does the prospect of working for the regional arm of a multi-national firm of trusted finance and business advisors.

Are you ACCA, ACA or CA qualified, or studying, with at least two years of general accountancy practice experience focusing on the preparation of accounts for sole traders, Partnerships, and Limited companies? Do you have experience of preparing accurate accounts for organisations with high turnovers? If so, this Semi Senior job in Penrith could be for you.

Job Purpose

  • Preparation of accounts for a range of clients.
  • Preparation of management accounts.
  • VAT, payroll, and bookkeeping.
  • Liaising with HMRC.
  • Trouble shooting and problem solving.
  • Assisting with corporate and personal tax planning work.
  • Manage your own varied portfolio of clients.
  • Supervise junior team members, including providing constructive feedback.
  • Confidently liaise with clients, supporting with queries.
  • Handle other related duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • ACCA, ACA or CA qualified or studying.
