Role ResponsibilitiesTax Leadership & Advisory- Lead and develop the firm’s corporation tax function, ensuring high-quality compliance and advisory services
- Provide expert tax planning and strategic guidance to clients across a range of industries, with a focus on agriculture and healthcare businesses
- Stay updated with changing UK tax legislation, ensuring both clients and the firm remain compliant and well-positioned for success
- Offer technical tax support and training to the team, maintaining a high standard of expertise and knowledge
- Act as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining strong client relationships by delivering tailored tax solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the firm’s tax advisory services
- Work closely with partners and senior leadership, driving forward the firm’s tax strategy and ensuring long-term client success
- Represent the firm at networking events and industry forums, enhancing its reputation in the market
- Oversee and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
- Provide coaching and technical support, ensuring staff development and progression

Candidate Requirements- CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualification, with significant experience in corporation tax
- Proven track record of leading and managing tax teams within an accountancy practice
- Strong technical expertise in UK tax legislation, particularly corporation tax compliance and advisory
- Excellent business development skills, with the ability to identify and drive new opportunities
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience mentoring and developing tax professionals
- Experience advising clients in agriculture and healthcare industries
- £100,000 to £140,000 per annum
