Role ResponsibilitiesTax Leadership & Advisory
  • Lead and develop the firm’s corporation tax function, ensuring high-quality compliance and advisory services
  • Provide expert tax planning and strategic guidance to clients across a range of industries, with a focus on agriculture and healthcare businesses
  • Stay updated with changing UK tax legislation, ensuring both clients and the firm remain compliant and well-positioned for success
  • Offer technical tax support and training to the team, maintaining a high standard of expertise and knowledge
Client & Business Development
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining strong client relationships by delivering tailored tax solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the firm’s tax advisory services
  • Work closely with partners and senior leadership, driving forward the firm’s tax strategy and ensuring long-term client success
  • Represent the firm at networking events and industry forums, enhancing its reputation in the market
Team Management & Development
  • Oversee and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
  • Provide coaching and technical support, ensuring staff development and progression
  • Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency within the tax division
