Role responsibilities
- Leading a portfolio of tax clients across sectors including agriculture, SMEs, family businesses and high-net-worth individuals
- Delivering advisory services covering capital gains, inheritance tax planning, business structuring and succession planning
- Overseeing personal and corporate tax compliance work, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction
- Working closely with existing partners to shape the growth of the tax function and expand service lines
- Building strong, trusted relationships with new and existing clients
- Contributing to business development and networking activities across the region
- Mentoring and supporting junior members of the tax team

Candidate requirements
- CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified with significant experience in both tax compliance and advisory work
- Strong knowledge of personal and corporate tax issues relevant to owner-managed businesses and individuals
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to develop teams and inspire confidence
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-standing client relationships
- Ambition to progress to full partnership and contribute to the firm’s long-term success
