Your new roleThe administration and project management function is based in Penrith. This organisation is looking for a dynamic individual to collaborate with colleagues from different departments and farmers across the UK to deliver impactful projects. Reporting to the Customer Success Team Leader, you will work as part of a small team alongside other administrators and project managers, in a forward-thinking and supportive environment that invests heavily in career development. Day-to-day activities will include:
- Collating and monitoring health, welfare and sustainability data from farms across the UK.
- Inputting data onto the online farm database.
- Liaising with internal departments including IT, veterinary, and sustainability colleagues to provide a timely response to incoming queries.
- Communicating via phone and email to ensure the accuracy and content of submitted data from farmers.
- Processing farm visit reports conducted by veterinary colleagues, ensuring quality and protocol adherence prior to delivery.
Working hours Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. What you'll need to succeed
- Some knowledge of the agricultural/ livestock industries.
- Good communication skills to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including farmers, account managers and IT developers.
- Adaptable and agile to work on different projects at the same time.
- Excellent attention to detail- e.g. identifying anomalies in large data sets.
- Passion to progress in your career and eagerness to build your skillset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages, including basic Excel utilisation.
