Chef De Partie Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds an NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification in culinary arts
  • Brings prior experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen, ideally within a hotel or similar high-volume dining environment
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
  • Exhibits strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Is a team player with excellent communication skills, capable of working cohesively with kitchen staff and other departments
  • Possesses a passion for food and a creative flair, constantly seeking to improve and innovate in culinary techniques and menu offerings

Chef De Partie responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize ingredients and cooking stations to ensure efficient service across all sections of the kitchen
  • Execute dishes with precision, adhering to specific recipes and presentation standards
