They are looking for a Junior Sous Chef with a background in similar standard kitchens to join their gifted brigade and help them continue in their success.
As Junior Sous Chef you will:
- Ideally already have good experience in a high-quality kitchen
- Be flexible to work on all sections as required andhave the ability totrain junior chefs on eachsection
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef anddeputisefor senior Chefs whenrequired
- Have good kitchen management skills and be committed to providing a high level of cuisine and service at alltimes
