SkyBlue is currently seeking an experienced Planner to join a client working on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities of a Planner, however not limited to:

  • Craft and manage detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project, keeping everything on track with key milestones and project goals.
  • Work closely with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timelines, resources, and objectives are all aligned for a smooth workflow.
  • Keep a close eye on project progress, spot potential delays early, and use critical path analysis to keep things on schedule.
  • Strategically allocate resources like manpower, equipment, and materials to meet project needs efficiently.
  • Identify risks before they become roadblocks and develop strategies to minimize their impact on the project timeline.
  • Act as the glue that holds different teams together, avoiding overlaps or conflicts and ensuring every part of the project fits seamlessly.
  • Prepare regular updates and clear, actionable dashboards for stakeholders. When things go off course, suggest recovery plans or adjustments to steer the project back on track.

To be successful a Planner will need to posses the following:

  • Proven experience in civil infrastructure project planning.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
