Fram are working with an established Property company with offices in South Cumbria. This Mortgage advisor role has come about due to a retiring member of the team. All leads are provided and come from a loyal client bank and their estate agency team. Mortgage advisors are responsible for providing independent expert advice on mortgages and related products to both existing and prospective clients, building long- term relationships.  Responsibilities:
  • Develop leads provided by the business
  • Taking customers through the Mortgage and Protection journey, providing them with an advised service
  • Working with a Whole of Market list of insurers
  • Demonstrating excellent understanding of the Mortgage and Protection Industry and products
  • Able to use initiative to prioritise tasks and workloads, ensuring customers receive a high level of service from start to finish
  • Manage the performance of your Mortgage Administrator, including conducting performance reviews
A likely candidate will have at least a years’ experience working as a Mortgage Advisor. Hold the CeMAP qualified, be able to engage with people from all walks of life, understand their needs effectively to offer them the best advice, ensuring a smooth running and compliant application process. Have a strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products, be confident in using all the Microsoft Office suite and have pretty good IT skills so you can keep our systems up to date and get the most out of them.
