We are seeking an experienced and qualified industrial electrician to join a large-scale project in Cumbria for a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your skills to a challenging and rewarding project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Glanding and terminating cables (185's, 150's, 120's).
- Installing cable containment systems (tray, ladder, Unistrut).
- Working in accordance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating effectively with the project team.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician, specifically in glanding, terminating, and installing cable containment systems.
- JIB registered.
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift pattern, including days and nights, 7 days a week.
- Active SC Security Clearance is mandatory.
- Willingness to undergo and successfully complete:
- Classification as a monitored worker.
- Induction into high security/separation areas.
- Use of respirator.
