Role Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of audit and accounts clients across various industries
- Leading audits from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements in line with UK GAAP and relevant accounting standards
- Providing strategic business and financial advice to clients
- Developing and mentoring junior staff, supporting their professional growth
- Liaising with HMRC, financial institutions, and other external bodies as required
- Driving continuous improvement within the audit and accounts department

Candidate Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified, with significant post-qualification experience
- Proven experience managing audit and accounts work within an accountancy practice
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- £50,000 to £70,000 pa
