  • Provide expert tax planning and advisory services to a diverse client base, including agricultural and healthcare businesses
  • Oversee complex tax compliance and advisory projects, ensuring clients meet their regulatory obligations
  • Stay updated on UK tax legislation and regulatory changes, advising clients and internal teams accordingly
Client Management & Business Growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored tax solutions and strategic guidance
  • Identify opportunities to expand tax services within existing client relationships and new markets
  • Work closely with other senior leaders and tax specialists to support business growth initiatives
  • Represent the firm at networking events and industry forums, strengthening its tax expertise and market presence
Team Leadership & Development
  • Mentor and develop a team of tax professionals, ensuring technical excellence and career progression
  • Support junior staff in technical tax training, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
  • Ensure effective workflow management, prioritising tasks to meet client deadlines efficiently
