What will I be doing?

Your leadership qualities will enable you to coordinate and guide Farm Assistants effectively, and to deputise during the Farm Manager's absence.

What do I need?

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position, strong decision-making abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously. Supervisory and people management skills are essential, as is being organized and IT literate.
