Administrator, Penrith

9.00am-17.00pm Monday-Friday, 6 month temporary role, £12.00 per hour.

Adecco is excited to partner with our client in Penrith, who is seeking administrative support for their recruitment team. The primary focus of this role will be managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You will collaborate with the team to attract and source candidates for various vacancies across the company, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates from their initial contact through to their first day on the job.

Main responsibilities:

  • Administer the job requisition process for new vacancies
  • Liaise with hiring managers and the Resourcing Partner to identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and person specifications
  • Collaborate with hiring managers
  • Draft new adverts and advertise vacancies across a range of social media platforms and job boards, as required
  • Ensure the ATS system is fully utilised and kept up to date, enabling accurate reporting at all times
  • As required, collate and present recruitment statistics and data for upward reporting in relation to recruitment activity and performance
  • Respond to all enquiries via telephone e-mail and social media in an efficient and timely manner
  • Convert expressions of interest and CV submissions into applications through formal application form completion
  • Ensure that recruitment best practices are followed and that all recruitment processes follow regulatory requirements
  • Build solid relationships with all internal stakeholders providing them with timely updates about recruitment activity and candidates

Experience Required

  • We are looking for a candidate who has excellent communication skills
  • Experience of speaking with people over the phone been polite & friendly
  • Administration experience with good computer skills
  • The ideal candidate will have some experience of working within recruitment.
  • Willingness to undergo a satisfactory enhanced DBS check (paid for by Adecco)
