Back to searchWe are working on behalf of our client based in Penrith, to recruit a Recruitment Administrator on a 6 month fixed term contract. A permanent role may be offered after the initial 6 months.
The main purpose of your role will be to oversee the end to end recruitment process. You will work as part of a team to source and attract candidates for vacancies across the Company. You will ensure that candidates have a positive experience from the initial point of contact, to their first day within the company.
Main Responsibilities will Include:
- Administer the recruitment process including writing job descriptions, managing adverts and candidate applications.
- Work with hiring managers to ascertain future recruitment needs and implement innovative ways to attract candidates.
- Collate and report on recruitment statistics when required to senior managers.
- Continually recruit candidates and maintain a healthy talent pool
- Manage the on-boardingprocess of new starters, working closely with HR
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong administrative background, with the confidence and ability to work independently and mange own workload.
A recruitment or HR Admin background would be advantageous, however, we are open to considering candidates who can demonstrate transferable skills, have an excellent telephone manner and the desire to succeed in a busy role.
Pay:£12.00 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
