Here at Reed Carlisle we are working with a Charitable Business who are seeking a HR Partner. The HR Partner will play a crucial role in supporting their employees and ensuring that the businesses HR practices align with their organisational values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff on all HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Qualifications:

  • CIPD qualification or working towards it.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
