The Trust stands as a beacon of educational excellence across Cumbria, with 12 schools united in their mission to deliver outstanding education. As they enter an exciting phase of strategic growth, they're seeking an exceptional HR professional to join their journey.

The Opportunity

This isn't just another HR role. As the Trust's People Partner, you'll be:

  • Working directly with the CEO and a senior leadership team made up of 3 other members of staff

  • Supporting 12 schools across beautiful Cumbria

  • Shaping culture and driving strategic people initiatives

  • Delivering hands-on HR support where it matters most

  • Making a real difference to education in the region

Each day brings opportunities to build strong relationships with school leaders and staff, offering expert HR guidance while creating an environment where people thrive. Your ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational support will be crucial in shaping the Trust's future.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
  • CIPD qualification (or working/willing to work towards)

  • Proven HR Business Advisory experience

  • Strong coaching and advisory capabilities

  • Multi-site HR support experience

  • Strategic thinking with practical delivery skills

  • Passion for the education sector (though direct experience isn't essential)

  • A Positive "can do" attitude
