- Demonstrable background in IT Support, at a 2nd line level with desktop support experience
- Comfortable visiting sites and customers, providing onsite support and customer service
- Microsoft support – Windows, AD, Office 365, Azure AD
- Basic knowledge of supporting Networks – LAN / WAN / Switches
- Some VMWare and Hyper-V experience would be nice to have
- Full driving license, and access to a vehicle
