Key Responsibilities:
* New Computer Setup: Deploy and configure new computers at various locations.
* Network Infrastructure Support: Maintain and troubleshoot network systems to ensure seamless connectivity.
* CCTV Systems: Install and maintain CCTV systems to enhance security.
* Software and Hardware Support: Provide comprehensive support for computers, printers, phones, and other devices.
What We're Looking For:
* Efficient and Organised: Ability to manage tasks efficiently and maintain organised work flows.
* Confident and Friendly Nature: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with team members and end-users.
* Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and reliability in all tasks.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office suite. Experience with MS Access and Visual Basic is a plus.
* Keyboard Skills: Essential for daily tasks and support activities.
Additional Requirements:
* Full Driving Licence: Necessary for travel between sites.
* Experience in IT Support: Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
